Tonya N. Wren, M.D.
Dr. Tonya Wren joined University Medical Associates in 2006, and is board certified in Family Medicine. She attended medical school at Ross University, spending her clinical years in New York City hospitals. She trained at St. Mary's Family Medicine Residency Program in Grand Junction, Colorado, and she received the Resident Teacher Award from the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine upon graduating. She enjoys the variety that the practice of family medicine offers.
Dr. Wren is a native of Western Colorado and grew up participating in the outdoor activities of hiking, horseback riding, fishing and camping. Other hobbies include travel, sewing, computers, reading, gardening, and music. She is fluent in Spanish.
